Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an in-store advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and exceptional customer service at our premium retail locations. You will support visual merchandising, run in-store events, and educate customers on product features and application techniques.

In this role, you will collaborate with store teams to ensure smooth operations during scheduled shifts, including weekends and special events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: able to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Work Authorization: ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
