Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic in-store advisor to provide personalized beauty consultations and exceptional customer service. You will lead with education on product offerings, execute visual merchandising displays, and support in-store events to engage shoppers and drive sales.

Qualifications

Inspire and deliver personalized customer service.
Available to work days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment.
Able to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during shifts.
