Job summary

Sammons Industrial, LLC is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for field-heavy warehousing automation projects. You will own end-to-end execution from planning to handoff, coordinating installers, vendors, and customers to ensure safe, on-time delivery of equipment and systems.

You will spend substantial time onsite at customer locations, read the jobsite, and adapt plans to meet scope and budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in material handling or warehouse automation.
• Ability to read a jobsite and lead the project, managing scope, schedule, budget, and documentation.
• Willingness to spend significant time onsite at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from planning through installation and handoff, managing scope, schedules, budgets, materials, change orders, and customer expectations.
• Be a strong field presence, working with installers, vendors, and customers to keep jobs safe and moving forward.
• Coordinate resources, identify installation challenges early, and help teams implement practical solutions for varying project sizes.
