Job summary

Geek+ in the United States (Atlanta area) seeks a Project Manager to lead warehouse automation initiatives for diverse clients, from startups to Fortune 500s. You will direct a team of engineers and field staff to implement AMR-based projects and deliver measurable customer value.

You will communicate with clients, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional work streams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; willingness to travel 25–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Project Manager in logistics or AMR delivering integrated hardware and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMR project teams through design, planning, execution, and delivery, meeting specifications, budgets and timelines.
• Foster effective communication among stakeholders including clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders as primary point of contact.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated project elements.
• Provide leadership to guide, motivate, and mentor team members.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify hurdles and mitigate risks.
• Plan scopes, budgets, schedules, resources, and subcontracting services.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure project documentation aligns with methodology and standards.
• Continuously improve project management processes.
