Job summary

WP Rawl is seeking a Project Manager Assistant to join the Plant Maintenance team in Pelion, SC. This hands-on role supports day-to-day project execution, coordinates contractors and internal teams, and helps keep capital, maintenance, and facility projects moving forward.

The position will spend approximately 75% of time in the field and 25% performing administrative duties, requiring strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience coordinating projects or operations coordination.
• 2+ years in industrial environments (construction, manufacturing, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for maintenance, facility, and capital projects.
• Maintain presence in project areas and monitor progress of work.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, internal departments, materials, and schedules.
• Ensure access, information, materials, and resources for contractors.
• Maintain project schedules, records, quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and budgets.
