Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Field Scheduler Coordinator in South Carolina to develop and maintain weekly maintenance schedules across Operations and Maintenance teams.

You will track field progress, identify constraints, and report schedule performance metrics while coordinating resources in a fast-paced industrial setting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP or CMMS, Primavera P6, and field-based scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or college education preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; understanding of CMMS or similar systems.
• Experience with industrial maintenance scheduling and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develops weekly maintenance schedules within assigned units.
• Leads weekly scheduling meetings with Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Coordinates resources and reviews schedule performance metrics.
• Tracks field progress and validates actual job status.
• Identifies constraints and schedule risks; reports KPIs.
• Promotes teamwork across Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering.
