Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner for Pro Control / Pro Control Batcher who will define and prioritize software and system capabilities for feed mill operations.
You will bridge customers, software, hardware, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, efficient solutions across the product life cycle. The role requires deep domain knowledge in feed mill processes, batching systems, and industrial automation, with responsibilities spanning roadmap development, requirement definition,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Technology, Automation, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in feed mill operations, batching systems, industrial automation, or related manufacturing environments.
- Experience in product ownership, product management, controls engineering, systems engineering, or applications engineering.
- Knowledge of life sciences, drug managed care processes, market access, and payer and healthcare decision-maker needs.
Responsabilités
- Develops and maintains product roadmaps aligned to customer needs, operations, and business goals.
- Translates customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Partners with development, hardware, support, and implementation teams to deliver reliable and innovative solutions.
- Supports system audits, optimization efforts, and adoption of AI/analytics to improve performance.
