Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner for Pro Control and Pro Control Batcher to define and prioritize software and system capabilities that support feed mill operations.

You will work with customers, software, hardware, and support teams to ensure a reliable, efficient, and innovative product portfolio. You will translate customer needs into clear requirements, guide development priorities, and shape an 18-month roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience in feed mill operations, batching systems, automation, or related manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of PLCs, automation logic, and software-controlled processes.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in production environments.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating customer needs into product requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own product direction for Pro Control and Pro Control Batcher and develop an 18-month roadmap.
• Gather, define, and document business, functional, and system requirements; create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog based on customer impact, value, and feasibility; collaborate with development teams.
• Engage with customers to understand environments, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with software, hardware, and support teams to align on needs and delivery.
