Job summary

AmerisourceBergen Corporation seeks a Product Manager-Engineering to own Pro Control and Pro Control Batcher roadmaps, translating customer needs into actionable requirements and prioritizing the backlog. You will partner with software, hardware, and field teams to deliver improvements across the product lifecycle, driving audits, optimizations, and innovative solutions.

You will collaborate with customers to understand environments, support solution design, and lead cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

Experience owning product direction and roadmaps for complex systems.
Ability to gather, document, and translate customer needs into requirements.
Strong cross-functional collaboration across software, hardware, and field teams.
Familiarity with industrial automation concepts and SCADA/HMI platforms.
Willingness to travel 30%–40% and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

Own product direction for Pro Control and Pro Control Batcher with an 18‑month roadmap.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
Prioritize backlog based on impact, value, feasibility, and urgency.
Collaborate with development, hardware, and support teams throughout delivery.
Engage with customers to understand environments and opportunities for improvement.
Audit systems, adjust configurations, and drive optimization based on findings.
Coordinate with software, hardware, and implementation teams for delivery.
