Datacor is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and revenue outcomes for its Feed Mill Manager and Pennent Mill Manager product line. You will align Engineering, Services, Support, and Commercial teams to drive retention, cross-sell, upsell, and growth in new markets.

You will manage pricing strategy, tier design, and customer migrations, while framing business goals into actionable plans and tradeoffs across Datacor products.

Qualificações

• Experience in agribusiness, feed manufacturing, or commodity trading.
• Owned a B2B software product's roadmap and business outcomes.
• Ability to justify pricing, packaging, and business cases.

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Feed Mill Manager and Pennent Mill Manager, aligning teams on priorities.
• Accountable for product-level ARR, net revenue retention, and win rate.
• Develop pricing and packaging design, including tiering and migration plans, and present to pricing committee.
• Translate ambiguous goals into problems, options, and a plan, guiding resource decisions.
