Datacor is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Feed Mill Manager and Pennent Mill Manager lines. You will own strategy, roadmap, and revenue outcomes, including pricing, packaging, and market positioning.

The role requires industry depth in feed operations and strong cross-functional leadership to drive growth, retention, and new-market opportunities. You will collaborate with Engineering, Services, Sales, and Marketing, lead AI-enabled discovery, and own product performance metrics.

Competenze

• Experience in agribusiness, feed manufacturing, or commodity trading and working knowledge of two areas (merchandising, procurement, plant operations, or regulatory requirements).
• Led a B2B software product roadmap with measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated pricing, packaging, or business-case impact on decisions.
• Ability to push past surface solutions to uncover underlying problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives, engineers, and customers.
• Daily use of AI for research, drafting, analysis, and prototyping with verification when needed.
• Fluent in data models, integrations, and product details with development teams.
• Proven ability to drive results through cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Feed Mill Manager and Pennent Mill Manager.
• Accountable for product-level ARR, net revenue retention, and win rate.
• Develop pricing and packaging, including tier design and migrations.
