Gothic Landscape, Inc. is seeking an IT Business Systems Specialist to bridge construction operations and technology, translating needs into scalable system workflows.

You will lead requirements, support ERP/CRM/field service platforms, and drive adoption with end users in field operations, scheduling, estimating and project tracking. This role blends field operations context with IT delivery to improve real-world execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field.
• 3+ years as IT Business Analyst.
• Experience supporting construction, field service, landscaping, utilities, manufacturing, or similar operational industries.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM/field service platforms and data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bridge construction operations and technology with clear requirements and workflows.
• Analyze As-Is and To-Be processes for job costing, estimating, scheduling, dispatch, and project tracking.
• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, and documentation alignment with IT delivery.
• Support ERP/CRM/HRIS/field service platforms and coordinate testing and deployments.
• Drive adoption, training, and data analysis to enable informed leadership decisions.
