Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction industry, with field experience.
• Experience documenting and optimizing workflows.
• Experience supporting or leading technology implementations.
• Familiar with ERP and construction management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize construction workflows across regions and teams.
• Partner with IT and vendors to evaluate, configure, and implement construction tech solutions.
• Develop process maps, standardize best practices, and drive productivity gains.
• Engage field teams and leadership to validate improvements and monitor KPIs.
