Job summary

G&G Enterprises is seeking an Operations Technology Specialist to be the internal owner of construction technology systems. You will liaise between operations, field teams, and vendors to ensure platforms are implemented and aligned with workflows.

In this role you will drive adoption, maintain data standards, and design SOPs. The position involves training, field support, and evaluating new tech to improve efficiency and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years on construction operations, technology, or project coordination.
• Proven ability to influence adoption of construction tech platforms.
• Hands-on with design/field-to-office workflows and documentation.
• Experience deploying tech adoption/training in field or office settings.
• Understanding of automation, integrations, or low-code tools.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between internal teams and external technology vendors for performance and adoption.
• Maintain standards for digital file management and data sharing.
• Drive consistent use of construction tech platforms across teams.
• Identify workflow improvements through system design and integration.
• Monitor adoption, gaps, and ensure SOPs are up to date.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and field support materials.
• Evaluate new technologies to boost efficiency and project delivery.
• Explore automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline operations.
• Partner with Operations leadership to improve field execution with tech.
