Job summary

Growing Infrastructure Solutions Company in Boise, ID is seeking an Installation Project Coordinator to support nationwide projects. The role blends office-based coordination with substantial fieldwork to ensure proper planning, scheduling, and execution.

You will work with municipalities, utilities, contractors, and internal engineering teams, managing documentation, site readiness, and technical assessments while traveling to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/construction management or related field.
• 2–4 years of construction, field service, or project coordination experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50% across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation projects nationwide from an office while supporting field teams.
• Travel to installation sites to oversee contractor performance and site readiness.
• Prepare project documentation, site assessments, and closeout packages.
• Communicate with municipalities, utilities, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and engineering specifications.
