Job summary

Join Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, a leading beverage provider, as a full-time field support professional. You’ll build relationships across the Market Unit, spend substantial time in the field to improve execution, and handle pricing and contract-related duties for strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and leverage collaborative relationships within the Market Unit with cross functional partners from the Sales and Market Unit teams.
• Spend time in the field/trade as a field consultant to improve execution and drive productivity as well as execute administrative duties including pricing authorizations (PAWs), pricing discrepancies (PDRs), presentations for internal and external stakeholders, contract drafts, etc.
• Assist Market Unit with reporting KPI’s, sales blitz day planning, regional and local customers, large bids, and RFPs.
• Assist with current customer contract management and tracking renewals while coordinating customer support tickets to enhance the customer’s experience.
• Support the Market Unit and Coca-Cola Bottling System with various initiatives, i.e., the Contract repository, Customer Support Ticket (CST) process technology enhancements and routing, etc.
