Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in the Sacramento, CA area. Join a leading beverage provider to guide field operations, drive KPI improvements, and share best practices across the team.

You will coach and develop staff, liaise with customers and sales, and analyze data to support financial controls and performance metrics. A discretionary incentive program may apply as part of compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 6–8+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification preferred.

• Delivers the company’s field service vision while identifying, sharing, and implementing best practices to ensure KPI targets are defined, and goals are met
• Coach, motivate and develop team members while leading productivity improvement of team
• Act as a liaison with customers and sales teams to respond to issues from a supervisor level
• Analyze and assess relevant business data for field service metrics and manage financial controls as the Supervisor
• Other duties as assigned

• Salary: $81,360 - $101,700 plus annual target bonus
