Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to lead complex industrial construction projects. You will drive field execution, coordinate with superintendents and trade partners, and ensure safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction, delivering projects to CRB standards.

You will partner with design, procurement, and commissioning teams, report on progress, manage change, and protect scope while identifying risks and opportunities for performance improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of applicable construction PM experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience managing field construction execution, subcontractor coordination, schedule, budget, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects through planning, field execution, turnover, and closeout while aligning with objectives.
• Coordinate site activities with superintendents, trade contractors, suppliers, project controls, safety, procurement, design, and commissioning teams.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, change events, RFIs, submittals, procurement status, construction documentation, risk items, and project reporting.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring construction activities are planned and executed with safety, quality, and operational discipline.
• Lead subcontractor and trade partner coordination, including performance management, issue resolution, sequencing, productivity tracking, and alignment to milestones.
• Serve as a primary client-facing construction leader, maintaining clear communication, building trust, and creating a project experience that supports long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with CRB’s integrated design and construction teams to resolve constructability issues, manage field changes, and support efficient project delivery.
• Maintain accountability for project financial performance, including cost forecasting, change management, schedule impacts, and escalation of risks.
