Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to lead the execution of complex facilities projects. You will drive field coordination, safety, schedule, and budget, coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to meet CRB standards and client expectations.

The role involves active field work, scope management, and regular client communication, with opportunities to influence project outcomes and financial performance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of applicable construction project management experience.
• Experience on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, life sciences, or complex facility projects.
• Demonstrated experience in field execution, coordination, schedule and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning to closeout, ensuring alignment with objectives and client expectations.
• Coordinate with superintendents, trade partners, design teams, and project controls.
• Manage change events, RFIs, submittals, procurement status, and reporting.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce quality and operational discipline.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to build long-term relationships.
