Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction PM experience.
• Minimum of five years of construction PM experience on large-scale industrial or life sciences projects.
• Experience in managing field execution, schedule, budget, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects through planning, field execution, turnover, and closeout.
• Coordinate with superintendents, trade partners, design/engineering, and project controls.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and reporting.
• Promote a strong safety culture across construction activities.
• Maintain clear client communication and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, safety, quality, and commissioning teams.
• Ensure financial performance and timely risk escalation.
