Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of applicable construction project management experience.
• Experience managing field construction execution and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects through planning, preconstruction, field execution, turnover and closeout.
• Drive site-level coordination with superintendents, trade contractors, suppliers, and design teams.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, change events, RFIs, submittals, procurement status, and reporting.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all construction activities.
• Lead subcontractor and trade partner coordination, including performance management.
• Serve as a primary client-facing construction leader, maintaining clear communication.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to resolve constructability issues and changes.
