Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to lead the execution of complex projects, focusing on safety, field coordination, and client satisfaction. You will drive field work, coordinate with superintendents, trade partners, design teams, and project controls to ensure delivery aligned with CRB standards and financial performance.

Preferred candidates have five years of PM experience on large-scale industrial or life sciences facilities, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field or equivalent construction project management experience
• Minimum of five years of applicable construction project management experience, preferably on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, life sciences, food and beverage, or other technically complex facility projects
• Demonstrated experience managing field construction execution, subcontractor coordination, project schedule, budget, change management, and client-facing project communication

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects through planning, preconstruction, field execution, turnover and closeout while aligning with objectives, contract requirements, CRB standards and client expectations
• Drive site-level coordination with superintendents, trade contractors, suppliers, project controls, safety, quality, procurement, design, and commissioning teams
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, change events, RFIs, submittals, procurement status, construction documentation, risk items and reporting
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture with disciplined planning of construction activities
• Lead subcontractor and trade partner coordination including performance management, issue resolution, sequencing, productivity tracking, and milestone alignment
• Maintain clear client-facing communication and build trusted relationships to support long-term engagements
• Collaborate with CRB design and construction teams to resolve constructability issues and manage field changes
