The role supports standard QA and safety protocols, reviews drawings and submittals, and coordinates with managers on technical questions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience.
0–4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

Supports the successful delivery of construction projects independently with working knowledge around project activities.
Collaborates with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Monitors progress, identifies routine and non-routine project issues, and recommends solutions.
Assists in reviewing construction drawings, specs, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinates with project managers to address technical questions and resolve general project issues.
Monitors schedules and budgets, tracks labor productivity, and reports variances for corrective actions.
Supports implementation of standard QA and safety protocols throughout project phases.
