• Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout.
• Lead subcontractor coordination and project execution across trades.
• Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project costs, forecast, and oversee profitability.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, changes and project docs.
• Utilize Procore and other CM software to track activities.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subs.
• Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, safety and quality.
