Job summary

Strata Executive in Charlotte seeks a Commercial Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio including retail, healthcare, data centers, K-12, institutional, industrial, hospitality, restaurants and warehouses.

You will manage projects from preconstruction to closeout, own budgets and schedules, and coordinate owner, architect and subcontractor relationships while guiding safety and quality with the field team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a PM with a commercial GC.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects (5M–50M+).
• Experience with data centers, healthcare or K-12 is a plus.
• Procore and scheduling software experience.
