Job summary

US Enhanced Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial and institutional construction projects valued at $10 million or more in the Greensboro area. You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction.

Requirements include 15+ years in commercial PM, experience on $10M+ projects, and a related degree.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10M+.
• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits.
• Negotiate subcontract agreements and oversee procurement activities.
• Manage project financial performance and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety policies.
• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor junior PMs and field personnel.
• Prepare executive project reports and closeout documentation.
