Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a Field Dock & Door Service Technician in Oklahoma to join the Warehouse Products Service Team. The role focuses on installing, diagnosing, and repairing warehouse docks and doors, while maintaining safety and customer communication.

Responsibilities include new installations, dock equipment repair, and clear updates on downtime and progress. Successful candidates will have dock/door experience, strong communication, and the ability to work safely with

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience installing and repairing loading dock equipment, commercial doors, and high-speed doors preferred.
• Minimum 21 years of age with a clean driving record.
• Ability to complete DOT medical certification if assigned DOT-rated vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Repair Warehouse Docks and Rollup Doors to bring each customer's facility back to operational safety standards.
• Performing New Installation on Dock and Door projects.
• Effectively communicate with all involved parties about possible downtime and job progress to include the Warehouse Products team.
• Operate in a safe, efficient manner with minimal supervision.
