Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a Field Dock & Door Service Technician with installation experience and mechanical knowledge to join our Warehouse Products Service Team. You will install, diagnose, and repair warehouse docks and doors at customer sites.

Responsibilities include performing installations, repairing equipment, and communicating downtime and progress with customers and internal teams. The role requires safe, efficient operation in varying environments and regular travel to

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience installing and repairing loading dock equipment.
• Must be 21 years of age with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds occasionally; capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
• Possessing or having the ability to obtain a complete line of tools.

Responsibilities

• Repair warehouse docks and rollup doors to restore safe operation.
• Perform new installation on dock and door projects.
• Communicate downtime and job progress to customers and team members.
• Operate safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
