Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a Field Dock & Door Service Technician to install, diagnose, and repair warehouse docks and doors at customer sites. Join our Warehouse Products Service Team to ensure uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience installing and repairing loading dock equipment, commercial doors, and high-speed doors preferred.
• Minimum 21 years of age with a clean driving record.
• Above-average communication skills.
• Ability to complete DOT medical certification if assigned DOT-rated vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, and repair warehouse docks and doors as part of the Warehouse Products Service Team.
• Repair Warehouse Docks and Rollup Doors to safety standards and communicate needs to customers.
• Perform New Installation on Dock and Door projects.
• Communicate downtime and job progress to the Warehouse Products team and customers.
