Job summary

Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is seeking a Field Dock & Door Service Technician to install, diagnose, and repair warehouse docks and doors across customer sites. This role requires hands-on mechanical work, strong safety practices, and clear communication with customers.

Minimum 1 year experience preferred, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical certification if a DOT-rated vehicle is used.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and repairing loading dock equipment, commercial doors, and high-speed doors preferred.
• Ability to complete DOT medical certification if assigned DOT-rated vehicle.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, and repair warehouse docks and doors.
• Perform new installations on dock and door projects.
• Communicate downtime and job progress with customers and internal teams.
• Operate safely and with minimal supervision.
