Job summary

Multiquip is seeking a District Sales Representative for Northern California and Northern Nevada to lead our construction equipment portfolio in a dynamic, field-based role. You'll build relationships, drive revenue, and manage a defined territory with travel up to 50%.

The position offers a $100,000 base salary plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, and strong growth opportunities within a respected equipment leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 23 years of B2B sales experience in construction or related industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and interpret equipment specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the full-service model.
• Build and grow customer relationships as the primary contact.
• Partner with key accounts to expand market share.
• Represent portfolio at trade shows and industry events.
• Document activities in HubSpot CRM and manage quotes with inside sales.
• Travel up to 50% within territory.
