Job summary

Multiquip is seeking a District Sales Representative to champion our Construction Equipment line in Southern California. This full-time, field-based role focuses on building customer relationships, driving revenue, and expanding market share within a defined territory.

You will develop strategic sales plans, train customers on products, and collaborate with marketing to execute promotions. Up to 50% travel; strong communication and CRM skills required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent industry experience.
• 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in construction or equipment-related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for full-service offerings.
• Build and grow customer relationships as the primary contact for sales needs.
• Partner with key accounts to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to maximize customer value across equipment portfolio.
• Provide product training and ongoing education to customers to strengthen selling ability.
