Channel Partners is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and endcaps, perform planogram resets, troubleshoot issues, and support the in-store prescription drug collection program.

You’ll be a full-time employee with benefits; hours vary by business needs, with potential for 32–50+ hours weekly, and periodic travel up to 120 miles. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays, fixturing, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience using tools required to maintain displays.
• Experience troubleshooting and fixing display issues (lighting, buttons, demos, software reboots).

Responsabilidades

• Install and/or build displays, fixturing, and endcaps with security, cabling, wiring, monitors/media players, and audio connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure displays are fully functional and maintained.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects with possible market travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance requirements and complete service within 48-72 hours.
• Travel up to 120 miles with paid drive time and mileage; overnight travel may be required.
• Minimum 32 hours per week, with potential to 40–50+ hours; standard schedule Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m.; weekends as needed.
• Report store visit status and maintain pricing/signage; build in-store relationships.
• Participate in weekly conference calls; complete scheduling and reporting tasks.
• Other tasks as requested by management.
• Prescriptions drug collection duties: facilitate drug take-back and interact with pharmacist/store leadership.
