Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is hiring a Retail Merchandising & Display Technician to install and maintain retail displays, fixtures, and endcaps. The role requires troubleshooting, planogram resets, and participation in a prescription drug collection program, with travel between stores and occasional overnight stays.

The position is full-time with benefits. Hours vary by business needs, often 32 hours minimum per week; some weeks may exceed 40 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience building displays, fixtures, monitor cabling/connectivity.
• Experience troubleshooting display issues and repairs.
• Proficient with a basic toolkit and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Install/build displays, fixtures, and endcaps with proper cabling.
• Troubleshoot and repair displays to ensure full functionality.
• Lead teams on multi-rep projects; travel up to 120 miles.
• Meet ad hoc maintenance timelines (48–72 hours).
• Travel up to 120 miles; occasional overnight travel.
• Minimum 32 hours per week; standard schedule Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.; some weekends.
• Report store visit status and maintain pricing and signage.
• Complete admin tasks and project reporting.
