Job summary

Tolunay-Wong Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling of field personnel and to serve as the communication bridge between Project Managers, clients, and technicians.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating project staffing, informing technicians of next-day assignments, and ensuring all required paperwork and safety trainings are arranged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5 years technical or 2 years dispatch experience.
• Proficient with computers, testing, specialized and Microsoft Office programs.
• Capacity to communicate verbally and in writing; strong math aptitude.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Schedule field personnel for projects and ensure appropriate personnel are available.
• Inform technicians of assignments for the next day by end of each workday.
• Dispatch paperwork for the next day’s assignments to the appropriate personnel.
