Terraboost Media in Naperville, IL is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily field operations within an assigned territory. You will coordinate Independent Contractors, manage workloads and routing, and ensure installations are completed efficiently and on time.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of operations or dispatch experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel or Sheets. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Requires strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets is required; experience with routing software is a plus.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, or field-service operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field operations, including workloads, contractor assignments, and routing.
• Monitor contractor availability, performance, quality, and work completion.
• Address contractor and operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze KPIs, costs, and performance trends to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare operational reports and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Support contractor onboarding, training, status changes and offboarding.
