Terraboost Media in Naperville, IL is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, coordinate Independent Contractors, and optimize routing and performance. This role reports to operations leadership and drives efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in operations, dispatch, logistics, field services, or related field.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, or field-service operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field operations, including workloads, contractor assignments, and routing.
• Monitor Independent Contractor availability, performance, quality, and work completion.
• Address contractor and operational issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Analyze operational KPIs, costs, and performance trends to identify opportunities for improved service, quality, and efficiency.
• Resolve escalated operational issues and independently determine appropriate solutions within established guidelines and authority.
• Oversee quality assurance activities, including installation-photo reviews, audits, and resolution of post-installation issues.
• Develop, document, and implement operational procedures, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Prepare operational reports and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Support contractor onboarding, training, status changes, and offboarding.

We’re looking for a highly organized and solutions-oriented Dispatch Supervisor to join our Naperville, IL team. This position will oversee daily field operations within an assigned territory. In this role, you’ll coordinate Independent Contractors (ICs), manage workloads and routing, monitor operational performance and quality, and help ensure installations are completed efficiently and on time.

Compensation is $55,000-$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Essential Functions:

Coordinate daily field operations, including workloads, contractor assignments, and routing.

Monitor Independent Contractor availability, performance, quality, and work completion.

Address contractor and operational issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Experience with Field Nation, Zendesk, routing software, or similar operational systems is preferred.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in operations, dispatch, logistics, field services, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, or field-service operations preferred.
