Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment in both shop and field settings. You’ll work with customer equipment, internal units, and warranty repairs, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements include 2+ years of related experience or an associate degree in Diesel Equipment Technology, own tools, ability to obtain DOT certification, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program
• 1+ years of completing tasks with limited supervision
• Clean driving record
• Must have own tools
• Must have or obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Certification
• Ability to travel up to 75% with possible overnight stays
• Ability to work flexible/on-call hours
• Keen attention to detail and initiative
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems per manufacturer specs; provide field service when needed
• Communicate findings, repairs, and timelines clearly with owners and team; manage parts and service docs
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge and service capabilities
• Follow safety rules and regulations while performing assignments
