Titan Machinery is hiring a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, maintain, and perform pre-delivery work on customer equipment, in shop or field-based, ensuring safety and quality. You will handle parts, documentation, and work orders while delivering timely service.

The role requires 2+ years of experience or an associate degree, ownership of your tools, ability to travel up to 75%, and a DOT certification or ability to obtain one. Titan offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• 1+ years of successfully completing tasks with limited supervision.
• Clean driving record and must have own tools.
• Ability to travel up to 75% with overnight stays and work offsite/in the field.
• Flexible/on-call hours and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems per manufacturer specs; provide timely field service as directed.
• Communicate findings, repair needs, and timelines clearly with owners and service team; manage parts and documentation.
• Engage in ongoing technical training and recommend maintenance or upgrades for customers.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulatory requirements.
