Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology.
• 1+ years of successfully completing tasks with limited supervision.
• Clean driving record; must own tools; must obtain and maintain DOT Medical Certification.
• Ability to travel up to 75% with overnights and 50%+ field work.
• Flexibility/on-call hours; strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems per manufacturer specs; provide field service as directed.
• Document findings, repair needs, and timelines; manage parts and service paperwork accurately.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge and offer value-added maintenance or upgrades.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work.
