Job summary

Titan Machinery, Inc. is hiring a Field Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain Case IH diesel equipment in Rogers, MN. Work may occur in the shop or in the field, with some weekend or after-hours service as directed by the Service Manager.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology, own tools, and the ability to travel up to 75%. DOT certification preferred; clean driving record required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition machine systems per manufacturer specs; provide timely field service.
• Document findings, repair needs, and timelines; manage parts and complete work orders.
• Engage in ongoing training; recommend maintenance or upgrades to improve equipment performance.
• Follow safety rules and regulations while performing tasks.
