Qualifications

• Experience with diagnostic instruments or medical devices preferred.
• Willingness to travel for field service and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Carry out instrument installation.
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance in the field.
• Carry out reagent application and related troubleshooting.
• Provide customer training for instruments operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Provide telephone support to the customers.
• Complete all required documentation to assure compliance with Abbott quality, regulatory, service/support procedures and processes.
