Job summary
Bruceton Farm Service in Morgantown, WV is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide desktop, field, and remote support across our multi-site operation serving convenience stores, fuel distribution facilities, and restaurants.
You will install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations, printers, and peripherals, manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, and assist with network gear, surveillance systems, and POS devices. Travel to nearby locations is required.
Qualifications
- Proficient with Windows OS, business software, and printer peripherals.
- Fundamental networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
- Experience installing and supporting desktop hardware and software.
- Strong customer service and clear communication skills.
- Ability to document steps and share knowledge with teammates.
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop, remote, and on-site IT support to employees and locations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage Windows OS, Office apps, and business software.
- Configure routing, switches, firewalls, and APs; troubleshoot LAN/WAN.
- Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise apps.
- Travel to company locations within a two-hour radius for on-site support.
