Job summary

Bruceton Ag Services seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, product‑knowledgeable service at our Morgantown store. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and operate the cash register with basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities include stocking displays, handling price changes, and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs. Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in retail or farming contexts.
• Ability to greet customers and assist with product selection.
• Comfort with operating a cash register and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers as they enter the store.
• Assist customers in finding products to suit their needs.
• Operate cash register and computer for sales.
• Assemble merchandise; set up and take down displays.
• Handle price changes and markdowns.
• Move and transfer merchandise weighing 0–50 lbs across the store.
• Work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
