Job summary

Dresser Utility Solutions is seeking a Product Integration Specialist in Houston, TX to lead complex customer deployments from pilot through handoff. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure integrated hardware, software, and OT systems meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, project planning, risk management, and strong communication to ensure seamless deployments and high customer satisfaction. Occasional travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, business, project management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience in managing customer-facing technical projects or complex deployments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple deployment projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically complex customer deployments from order receipt through deployment and handoff.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate activities across customers and internal departments to ensure timely deployment objectives.
• Manage implementation risks and drive issue resolution to maintain schedules.
• Provide onsite technical leadership during pilots, installations, and large deployments.
• Act as the technical bridge between customers and internal SMEs.
