Job summary

Modular Power Solutions is seeking a Deployment Specialist to coordinate delivery, assembly and inspection of products. You will travel to job sites, guide installation, and act as the primary contact for stakeholders throughout deployment.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight schedules, and experience in construction or project coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
• Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of specific variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Familiar with team building techniques.
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
• Work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
• Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position.
• Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
• Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, vendors, clients, and others.

Responsibilities

• Travel to jobsites when products are being delivered and guide install.
• Coordinate release of products to customers.
• Act as point of contact for stakeholders during deployment.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safe, quality work.
• Review drawings before delivery to ensure the plan is followed.
• Assist in resolving construction problems related to delivery and field issues.
• Adapt to changing conditions and schedules throughout projects.
• Perform incoming equipment receiving inspections.
• Review drawings and submittals to represent inspection data.
• Document issues during inspection process.
