Job summary

Modular Power Solutions is seeking a Deployment Specialist to coordinate delivery, assembly, and inspection of products. You will travel to jobsites, guide installations, and act as the main liaison for drivers, site teams, and subcontractors.

We value strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. This role requires up to 75% travel across the U.S. and offers comprehensive benefits and a share in our ESOP program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in electrical construction, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction experience and/or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Travel to jobsites for deliveries and guide product installations.
• Coordinate the release of our products to our customers.
• Act as point of contact for stakeholders during deployment of products (drivers, site team, subcontractors).
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safe, quality work.
• Review drawings before delivery to ensure logistics plan is accurate.
• Assist in resolving delivery-related construction issues in the field.
• Adapt to changing conditions and schedules throughout projects.
• Perform incoming equipment receiving inspections.
• Review drawings and submittals to document inspection data.
• Document issues arising during inspection process.
