Job summary

Draftwise invites a Deployment Strategist to embed with leading law firms, uncover high-value problems, and translate discovery into repeatable product capabilities. You will drive customer outcomes, scope work with cross-functional teams, and validate results with users in real-world settings.

You will navigate conversations from managing partners to IT teams, distill needs into product requirements, and lead end-to-end delivery with a focus on measurable value and repeatable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of deployment strategy, forward-deployed work, product discovery, solutions engineering, or a customer-facing technical role.
• Track record of taking ambiguous, high-stakes customer problems from discovery to shipped outcomes.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to uncover workflow, data, and organizational constraints.
• Fluency with modern AI tools, API usage, and evaluating outputs and limitations.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for executives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers onsite to observe how teams work and identify high-value problems.
• Define customer outcomes before prescribing solutions and map workflows and constraints.
• Work with customer documents, data, systems, and Draftwise tools to test feasibility.
• Distill needs into clear product requirements and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and ML.
• Build prototypes, demos, data transformations, and lightweight automations for early user feedback.
• Identify patterns that can become reusable platform capabilities and playbooks.
