Job summary
Octus seeks a Legal Workflow Strategist to partner with the Head of Direct Data Services and an analyst team to scale legal workflow knowledge across our AI product suite. You will work with lawyers in leveraged finance and restructurings to translate complex needs into robust, data-driven solutions.

Qualifications
- Experience in the leveraged finance or restructuring departments of law firms.
- High proficiency with AI tools and LLMs; interest in prompt optimization and workflow automation.
- Strong client-facing mindset and ability to build partnerships with institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Direct Data Services to codify legal workflow intelligence and scale solutions.
- Act as a client-facing domain expert to build relationships and solve complex problems for legal, buyside, sellside, and advisory clients.
- Map users' complex legal processes (credit agreements, debt structures, covenants) to embed Octus AI platform into daily workflows.
- Apply AI/LLM tools to prototype, test, and design tailored workflows that optimize credit analysis and document-heavy research.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to translate client feedback into platform enhancements.
