Job summary

Octus is seeking a Legal Workflow Strategist to partner with the Head of DDS and analysts to institutionalize and scale legal workflow knowledge across the product suite. You will work with complex day-to-day workflows of legal clients in LevFin and restructuring, translating needs into robust AI-driven solutions.

The role emphasizes AI/LLMs, prompt optimization, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams to deliver client-focused improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraged finance or restructuring environments within law firms.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools and LLMs and interest in prompts optimization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of Direct Data Services to codify legal workflow intelligence across teams and product suite.
• Act as a client-facing domain expert to advise legal, buyside, sellside, and advisory accounts.
• Map users' complex legal processes to embed Octus's AI platform into daily workflows.
• Apply advanced AI and LLM tools to prototype, test, and design tailored workflows for credit analysis and research.
• Coordinate with product and engineering to translate client feedback into platform enhancements.
